Change is the key to survival. After years of research and development, we collected feedback and idea from shooters and customers, no matter they are praised or blamed.  We really appreciated their valuable comment. In 2017, we come up with a brand new pistol called “Shark” based on user wants.

Steel Hammer

The hammer of this pistol is made by steel. APS understands this is an automatic pistol with rapid firing.  So hammer in this pistol is reinforced to increase durability.

What do they need on a pistol?

1) Shooting performance of the gun has to be good. Shark Pistol gives you an average of 330 FPS in 0.2g BB. You can finish all 23 rounds in 2.5 sec under the full auto-firing model. There is no doubt about the performance of this gun. Straight, Accurate, Power, and Durability can always be found in APS Pistol.

2) Ambidextrous design is getting important, especially since there are more and more many left-handers in the field. So we designed a brand new safety switch that could be controllable by the index finger. Users can simply lift the switch up or down for safety off / on. The magazine release button is also in an Ambidextrous design.

3) Straight / Flat Trigger is used. As told by many shooters, when using the straight trigger, you don’t need to move your finger to the crest of the curved trigger when shooting, therefore, your finger can be lower on the trigger which increases mechanical advantages and make it feel like a lighter trigger pull. We agreed with them and made the trigger stroke adjustable too.

4) The trigger guard is enlarged. Some users complain the trigger guard of our current pistol is too small. Somehow if their finger is big or they wore gloves, they couldn’t reach the trigger easily. Therefore, in our new pistol, we made a bigger round shape inbound trigger guard.

5) Griping the pistol in comfort will improve shooting accuracy. Therefore, we used an ergonomic grip design and added texture to the grip.

6) To make it further comfortable in griping, the grip pad of our new pistol is exchangeable. Standard packaging will come with one thick and one thin pad allowing the user to change it as he wishes.

7) Many customers are looking for stylish pistol. Therefore we made the pistol front to be more associated. The front of the slide and the frame are matched.

8) User always wants smooth and fast loading during battle, therefore, we made a built in mag well inside the grip, so user could load the magazine fast.

9) Some customers prefer using Fiber Optic sight but some prefer traditional notch sight. Well, why not both? Our new pistol used Fiber Optic in the front and notch sight in the rear, so everyone is happy.

10) Nowadays, everyone loves light weighted weapons. We follow the trend and made a light weighted slide by cutting holes on the top (CNC made)

12) Dissembling and re-assembling have to be easy.  Because of this issue, we make a pistol that could simply remove the slide by punching out the middle main pin on the gun.

Last but not least, accessories and parts are interchangeable with existing ACP Pistol (Sights, Internal mechanism, Magwell, Slides, Mags…etc). So you won’t feel bad if you still own our ACP Accessories.
